The service. The Daily Lesson is a free podcast and email companion walking through the 365 lessons of A Course in Miracles Workbook, one day at a time. Signing up gets you one email each morning and, if you keep the box checked, a second short practice email in the afternoon. It is offered for personal use, as is, at no charge.

What it is not. The show and its messages discuss spiritual practice. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and they are not treatment for any condition. If you need care, please seek a qualified professional.

Text-message program terms. The optional afternoon reminder ("The Daily Lesson practice reminders") sends up to one text message per day to the US mobile number you provide, around 1 PM Eastern. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of signing up for anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and START to rejoin; reply HELP for help or email hello@thedailylessonpod.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Content. Episodes and emails quote A Course in Miracles and related teachers briefly and with attribution; those works belong to their rights holders. The show's own scripts, audio, and site content belong to The Daily Lesson and are for your personal listening and practice, not for republication.

Changes. If these terms change, the change and its date will appear on this page. Continuing to receive the emails or texts after a change means the new terms apply.
